Downtown Manhattan Residence

LMA worked closely with the client to develop a design with expanses of materials that enlarge the sense of space and stitch the different areas of the open plan together.  A long industrial steel sash and glass wall and Carrara marble counters play against the warmer tones of wide plank wood flooring and exotic wood furniture. The clients background as a fashion executive informed the layout and material selection to transform what was once a drab and mundane apartment into a clean and open space with a touch of luxury.
