For its first-ever Manhattan presence, Johnson & Johnson chose a landmarked industrial building to house its Global Strategic Design, Neutrogena and Media groups. In a new direction for the client, LMA created an open studio of raw space populated by plywood workstations and colorful meeting areas. Office pods recede from the ribbon windows and mushroom columns, further opening the space to river views and natural light.
