LMA Office

The first thing you see when you visit us is the iconic landmarked lobby of the Film Center Building. It’s like entering the belly of a giant golden art deco machine.  Within the office we kept it simple, polishing the concrete floors, exposing the existing beams, and leaving the windows unencumbered to create an open studio.  Along one side is a 60 foot long Homasote wall, it doubles as an acoustic baffle and a giant tack board. On the other side the windows give us great views to the west and the Hudson River.  Custom white oak veneered plywood work stations were built for us by a local millworker.
